National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska adopted the Decision on conducting a special audit of Institute for Construction a.d. Banja Luka and took note of the adverse reports of the Supreme Audit Office of the Republic of Srpska Public Sector for the period 01 January – 31 December 2023.
At the continuation of the 17th regular session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, held on 17 February 2026, members of Parliament adopted the Decision on conducting a special audit of the Institute for Construction a.d. Banja Luka, which states:
“The National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska instructs the Supreme Audit Office of the Republic of Srpska Public Sector to conduct a special audit of the Institute for Construction a.d. Banja Luka during 2026. The Supreme Audit Office of the Republic of Srpska Public Sector is obliged to submit to the National Assembly a report on the conducted special audit referred to in Item I of this Decision.”
The National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska took note of the financial audit reports with adverse opinions:

- Report of the Supreme Audit Office of the Republic of Srpska Public Sector on the conducted financial audit of the city of Banja Luka for the period 01 January – 31 December 2023, No. RV042-24,
- Report of the Supreme Audit Office of the Republic of Srpska Public Sector on the conducted financial audit of the city of Prijedor for the period 01 January – 31 December 2023, No. RV065-24,
- Report of Supreme Audit Office of the Republic of Srpska Public Sector on the conducted financial audit of the Public Health Institution „Pharmacy Foca“ for the period 01 January – 31 December 2023, No. RV083-24, and
- Report of the Supreme Audit Office of the Republic of Srpska Public Sector on the conducted financial audit of the Public Health Institution „Pharmacy Gradiska“ for the period 01 January – 31 December 2023, No. RV084-24.
